Reservations

Texoma Youth Camp welcomes rentals year round. Church groups, non-profit organizations, family reunions, scout troops, schools, retreats and conferences, etc. can reserve the camp for single-day outings, weekend retreats, or week-long camps (as determined by availability).

While Texoma Youth Camp is open year round, June through August is “camp season” and therefore non-camp rentals are limited during the summer.

CAMP FEES FOR 2011-2012 ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Entire Camp Facility for a Summer Camp Session (June-Aug)
$15 per person per night
$4,500 minimum
Younger children of staff are free
Fees do not include meals
This rental includes dorms, dining hall, commercial kitchen, Alvarado cabin and
use of all outdoor recreational facilities

Entire Camp Facility (Sept-May)
$15 per person per night
$750 minimum
This rental includes dorms, dining hall, commercial kitchen and use of all outdoor
recreational facilities (excludes Alvarado cabin)

Alvarado Cabin
$150 first night, $100 each additional night.
Cabin has 4 bunk beds (8 beds) and one full-size hide-a-bed sofa

Single-Day Rate
Individuals may come and enjoy a day at the camp for $6 per person.
Camp hours for a single-day outing are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM


Use of Texoma Youth Camp property and facilities is based upon TYC seasonal schedule and “best use of camp” as determined by TYC Board of Directors.
